“For what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”
- Micah 6:8
We support and facilitates programs that address policies and practices that oppress poor and needy people. Two ongoing initiatives include prison ministry and abolition work, raising awareness about human trafficking and supporting survivors.
By working directly with our churches, we provide assistance to people and communities in need. We aim to meet the needs of the whole person and community: spiritual, economic, educational, vocational, and housing, while advocating for equal access to opportunities and resources regardless of race, ethnicity, class, or gender.
We work to empower churches and other organizations to be God's workmanship in the kingdom of God. We do this by establishing relationships between deacons and other organizational leaders by providing the resources to better serve God's kingdom.
Thanks to the continuing prayerful and financial support of NECT, Justice Network has been able to fulfill the ongoing ministry of fighting human trafficking, both locally and globally, winning the first Innovator Liberator Award from the NJ Coalition Against Human Trafficking.
